If you read my last blog post you will already be aware that I have put on some pounds over the festive season!
But now it’s time to start losing the weight. I’m beginning to make healthier food choices instead of living off of cake, ice-cream and everything else that is naughty.
I filmed a quick what I eat in a day video, and it’s a realistic one! It’s not perfect, but it’s much healthier than what I have been eating.
