I Lost 4lb! Workout log #2

The boys had their long weekend with their dad so I made the most of my free time by getting in lots of exercise whilst I had the chance.

Its definitely been worth it as I lost 4lb this week! I have changed my diet too, not super strict but just eating a lot healthier and not eating crazy amounts of cake and chocolate every day.

So this is what I have done this week and my new measurements.

Weight: 11 stone

Waist -31″ , Lower Belly – 36″, Hips -39″, Arms – 11″, Thighs – 22″

Work out log this week:

  • Wednesday 20th – HasFit 17 Min strength training workout for beginners (using 2kg dumbbells)
  • Thursday 21st – HasFit 17 Min strength training workout for beginners (using 2kg dumbbells) & 30 mins swimming
  • Friday 22nd- HasFit 17 Min strength training workout for beginners (using 3.5kg dumbbells)
  • Saturday 23rd – 2 x fitness Marshall routines & a walk up Glastonbury Tor (this is about 2,500 steps)
  • Sunday 24th – 30 mins swimming
